Shipping Costs and Times

All orders are shipped with tracking (usually via UPS or BRT). The tracking code is sent to the e-mail address provided at registration, once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Shipping costs are as follows:

• Italy: €4.90 (free for orders over €35)
• Europe: €11.90 (free for orders over €50)
• UK: €17.90 (free for orders over €75)
• USA and Canada: €24.90 (free for orders over €90)

Order processing times (indicative):

• Prints and stationery: 1-3 working days
• Handbound notebooks: 2-5 working days
• Clothing and customizations: 7-14 working days

Delivery times Delivery times depend entirely on the courier and generally range from 1 to 3 business days within Italy, and from 3 to 7 business days for international orders. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us to check feasibility and possible additional costs.

Return Policy

Users who have purchased products have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Grottescherie, specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods as provided by DL 206/2005 Consumer Code. Grottescherie will reimburse the value of the product using the same method as the payment was made.

Shipping costs for both sending and returning are the customer’s responsibility.

The following rules apply to the right of withdrawal:

The customer must be a private individual; the product, even if the package is opened, must be “as new,” therefore intact, with complete packaging and in perfect condition, complete with all eventual accessories. All returned items will be inspected.

In case of products that do not meet these characteristics, Grottescherie reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a deduction from the price. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by email at the address grottescherie@gmail.com.

Communication from the staff will follow, indicating the procedure for returning the product, which must be sent within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the indicated methods and terms, the seller will reimburse the sums already collected for the purchase of the products but not the shipping costs. The return shipment is made directly by the customer at their own expense, sending the package within 14 days from the receipt of the goods in the modes and to the address indicated by Grottescherie.

The amounts to be reimbursed will be processed as quickly as possible and in any case, within thirty days from the date the seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal and once the correct execution of the above terms and conditions has been verified. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the user will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to the seller.
